Newsletters

Newsletters are an effective way of reaching HCPs with new content and information.

Each local platform have their own local mailinglist and can send newsletters from the Progress in Mind platform.

A newsletter issue consists of four simple parts

  • Header image
  • Title
  • Introduction text
  • A list of articles already available in the platform

Create a newsletter issue and check out how easy it is to push content to your local recipients.

Once the newsletter is ready you can send test mails to your own mailbox to check how it will appear to your recipients.

Subscribers

Each local platform has a signup page where HCPs can opt in to the newsletter by submitting their email adress and checking a checkbox.

Some markets require a double opt-in, which means that after submitting email adress and a checking a checkbox, the HCP receives a welcome mail with a confirmation link that has to be clicked in order to really subscribe the HCP to the newsletter. Double opt-in should be avoided if local legislations allow for direct subcriptions.
